GeoSafe Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through GeoSafe’s official website and authorized online channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Company: GeoSafe Technologies Private Limited (“GeoSafe”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

1. Shipping Coverage Area

1. GeoSafe currently ships within India only.

2. Delivery is available to all serviceable cities and areas across India, subject to courier and logistics network availability.

2. Shipping Charges

1. GeoSafe provides free shipping (no delivery charges) for deliveries across India, for all serviceable pin codes.

2. If a location is classified as non-serviceable / remote by the logistics partner and requires special handling, GeoSafe may contact you to offer alternatives (such as shipment to the nearest serviceable hub). No additional charge will be applied unless specifically communicated and agreed by the customer in writing.

3. Dispatch Timeline

1. Orders placed online are typically dispatched within 24 hours after successful order confirmation and payment receipt (excluding Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen operational disruptions).

2. For orders requiring address verification, KYC, custom configuration, or special approvals, dispatch may take longer. In such cases, GeoSafe will inform the customer.

4. Delivery Timeline

1. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, courier partner, and local conditions.

2. Delivery is processed as per standard courier/logistics procedures, including hub-and-spoke movement, scan-based tracking, and last-mile delivery.

3. Delays may occur due to factors beyond GeoSafe’s control (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions, courier network issues, incorrect address, or customer unavailability).

5. Order Tracking

1. Once shipped, GeoSafe will share shipment details (such as AWB/Tracking number) through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where available.

2. Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take time to reflect after dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempt and Address Responsibility

1. Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code and a reachable mobile number.

2. If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address details, incorrect phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to origin. In such cases, re-dispatch may be arranged at GeoSafe’s discretion.

7. Delivery Confirmation and Transit Damage

1. Customers should check the package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged, customers should refuse delivery or record proof (photos/video) and notify GeoSafe immediately.

2. Any transit damage, wrong item, or missing item must be reported within the timeframe defined under GeoSafe’s Return Policy.
