Return Policy

1. General Terms

By purchasing products from GeoSafe Technologies Private Limited, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy. This policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through our official website or authorized platforms.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective upon delivery or has manufacturing defects.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product is physically damaged during transit, and the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic/video evidence.

Non-Returnable Conditions

GeoSafe will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or activated.
  • Software solutions, digital services, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.

3. Return Process

  • The customer must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing our support team at support@geosafepro.com with order details, invoice, and proof of issue.
  • GeoSafe will review the request and provide return authorization if the request meets the eligibility criteria.
  • The product must be shipped back to GeoSafe at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect product dispatch.
  • Returns must be sent via a reliable courier service with tracking, and the tracking details must be shared with GeoSafe.

4. Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, GeoSafe will inspect and verify the claim.

If the claim is valid, GeoSafe may offer:

  • Replacement with the same or equivalent product.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Refund at GeoSafe’s sole discretion (excluding shipping and handling charges).

If the return is rejected, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if GeoSafe determines it is necessary.
  • Refund processing time: 10-15 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are credited only to the original payment method.

6. Warranty Claims

  • GeoSafe products come with a limited warranty as per the product category.
  • Warranty claims must be made separately and do not fall under the return policy.

7. Modification of Policy
