4. Employee and Field Staff Location Tracking Disclosure

GeoSafe applications may be used by companies and organizations to monitor field staff, employees, vehicles, and assets for legitimate business purposes.

B. Attendance, Task, and Business Operation Data

Attendance records, geofence attendance records, task records, field visit records, daily work reports, business reports, account records, and related operational data are generally stored for up to 2 years from the date of creation, unless a longer retention period is required by contract, law, audit, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or client business requirement.

C. Account and Profile Data

User account details, employee profile details, company account details, role permissions, and login-related records may be retained while the customer account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, audit, legal, tax, security, and compliance purposes.

D. Technical Logs and Security Records

Technical logs, access logs, error logs, security logs, and diagnostic records may be retained for a limited period as required for service security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and system improvement.

E. Backup Data

15. In-App Location Disclosure

GeoSafe Client App collects and uses your location data to enable field staff attendance, geofence-based attendance, daily task verification, route monitoring, and live employee location tracking as assigned by your organization.

Location data may be collected when the app is open and, where enabled, in the background to support live tracking and attendance verification.

Real-time location history is retained for up to 2 months, and attendance, task, and business records are retained for up to 2 years.

This data is visible only to authorized administrators of your organization and is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
